About Grid Sentry

Software built from inside security operations.

The people responsible for keeping shifts covered and invoices accurate deserve better than scattered spreadsheets and last minute phone calls.

Why it started

Grid Sentry is built by someone who runs a security company in Southern California. The first product came from a recurring Monday problem: a vendor punch export still had to be checked line by line before it could become trustworthy invoices.

That workflow became Protos Monday. It reads the report, applies the same reconciliation logic an experienced operator uses, shows every correction, and produces the files the business actually needs.

How we build

Grid Sentry starts with operational evidence, not abstract automation. A tool must solve a repeatable job, preserve human judgment where the facts are uncertain, and make its reasoning visible before it becomes part of the wider platform.

What comes next

The larger product vision connects scheduling, guard attendance, reports, compliance, billing, payments, and client visibility. Each module follows the same principle: the operator should see what happened, what needs attention, and what it means financially.

Proof without theatre

We do not publish invented testimonials or anonymous glowing reviews. Protos Monday is used for live weekly security invoicing and has been validated against real operating reports.
