When you contact Grid Sentry, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, email address, and message. Grid Sentry products may separately collect account information and documents required to provide their service; notices for each product explain that handling in more detail.
The website contact form may collect your name, work email, company, role, inquiry type, product interest, operating scale, and the message you submit. Please do not send passwords, financial records, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
How we use it
We use information to answer questions, provide and improve our products, secure our services, meet legal obligations, and communicate about an existing business relationship. We do not sell personal information or use information submitted through the contact form to train artificial intelligence models.
Service providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate Grid Sentry. The company website is hosted by Vercel, and website inquiries are routed and stored in HighLevel so they can be reviewed and answered. Grid Sentry products may also use database, authentication, payment, monitoring, analytics, and email providers as described in their own privacy notices. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Website inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, secure our services, and meet legal obligations. Product-specific retention periods appear in each product's privacy notice.
Product notices
A Grid Sentry product may process account details, documents, billing information, or operational records that this company website does not collect. The privacy notice provided with that product explains what it collects, how long it keeps information, and the choices available to its users. If a product notice differs from this policy for product data, the product notice controls that processing.
Email choices
We may send support replies, account notices, and other messages related to your inquiry or business relationship. Non-essential marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary account, security, billing, or support messages.
